Hello, my name is Carie Turk. I have owned and operated Simply Baby and Kids with my husband Richard for 18 years now.
It used to be that I was on the cutting edge of technology, even somewhat of a junkie, but I am slipping because I do not
own a Facebook account, nor do I Twitter. However, with all these years in the juvenile industry, I thought maybe there
is something of value that I could pass along, which is why I have started this blog.
I do not in any way think that my opinions are anything more than that - opinions. I have no plans to write and/or publish
my thoughts as facts, the way that many people do. These are just my thoughts, based on my experience as
a juvenile products business owner and also a mom of two wonderful boys.
As always, I can be reached in several ways. If you're a local Connecticut resident, I can be found at our Monroe store
several days a week. You can also reach me by emailing or calling the store to let me know what your opinions might be
about products, recent news, or anything else that might be on your mind. I make it my business to keep myself available
to customers. Just try reaching anyone who ever wrote a book (or other blog).
